—Vicentiu

Born in Transylvania, Romania shaped by years in France, and now based in Canada. Before photography, I worked in social and medical fields — experiences that continue to guide how I observe people and emotions today.

During my bachelor’s degree in Paris, I fell in love with film. Not just the images, but the whole process: slowing down, trusting instincts, developing and scanning, watching moments come to life. Film taught me patience, presence, and intentionality — lessons I carry into every wedding I photograph.
I’ve been married for over six years and am a father of two. This life has shown me how fleeting and precious moments are. That’s what I love most about weddings: the quiet glances, the small gestures, the unscripted moments that hold all the emotion.

I work with both digital and analog photography, focusing on authenticity over perfection. My goal is simple: to capture how it felt — real, human, timeless memories you’ll cherish for  years to come.

To me, photography is the most beautiful marriage of

art and connection.

About

After each wedding, I take the time to develop and scan my film at home. It’s a process I value because it allows me to stay close to the images from start to finish, paying attention to tones, textures, and the quiet details that give each photograph its character.

Before focusing on weddings, I worked in Paris in the digitization of analog film and photographic heritage, scanning originals for brands like Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Hermès, as well as for photographers like Brassaï. That experience taught me the care, precision, and attention to detail that I bring to every roll of film I shoot today.

Doing everything myself is also deeply rewarding — it allows me to deliver sneak peeks quickly, often just a week after the wedding, without ever compromising quality.
